05/16/2018 - Voler CEO is selected to be part of 76 scaled Latinx entrepreneurs from across the U.S. to participate in the Stanford Latino Entrepreneurship Initiative Education-Scaling Program (SLEI-Ed).The initiative is part of the Stanford Latino Entrepreneurship Initiative, a unique collaboration between Latino Business Action Network (LBAN) and Stanford University. The “Scaling Up Your Venture” course is taught by world-renowned scaling expert Huggy Rao, Stanford Graduate School of Business Faculty.

Voler Strategic Advisors has announced that they will be sponsoring three scholarships for students seeking to attend college. The investment will be made through the Bay Area Gardner Foundation, a Bay Area nonprofit organization committed to providing scholarships to students facing significant financial barriers in order to provide them the opportunity to actualize their dreams.

WBENC’s national standard of certification is a meticulous process including an in-depth review of the business and a site inspection. The certification process is designed to confirm the business is at least 51% owned, operated and controlled by a woman or women. “Our value proposition of leading with diversity and inclusion is further enhanced, and we are proud to be a part of an organization that mentors and supports women-owned businesses,” said Perla Rodriguez, Chief Executive Officer.
12/24/2016 - Voler Strategic Advisors achieves nationally-recognized Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) certification.
We are excited to share that our firm is now certified as a Minority-owned Business Enterprise by the National Minority Supplier Development Council. Of the for-profit, minority-owned businesses that are certified in the western region, 23% are Latino-owned, 33% are women-owned, and 80% are based in Northern California. Minority suppliers ready for this certification include those who have: the capacity to provide goods and services to Fortune 500 corporations or their prime suppliers; broad geographic coverage; experience working with major corporations; and capacity for growth.
10/24/2016 - Launch of Voler Scholarship Program
We announced the formation of a scholarship fund to assist students seeking to go to college who are in need of financial assistance. The scholarship was made possible by the generous support of Voler team members who themselves worked various jobs to support their college and post-graduate degrees.
