Fátima M. Rodríguez
Director of Strategic Initiatives
Fátima Rodríguez brings over 20 years of private- and public-sector experience, having worked at L.A. Care Health Plan, the largest Medicaid plan in the nation, Kaiser Permanente’s national headquarters, and a local health care district. As a public health leader, she has advanced system-wide initiatives to improve the quality of care and services, access, and health equity for all.
Throughout her career, she has focused on language access initiatives and on efforts to increase patient, family, and community engagement.
Fátima received a B.A. in Human Biology from Stanford University, a Master’s degree in Public Health from UCLA, and a doctorate degree (DrPH) in public health from UC Berkeley.
